Our coaching philosophy
How We Teach Kids
Love it first
We play the long game. Pushing kids to become junior champions is a leading cause of youth burnout, so we teach them to love the mat before anything else.
Competition is optional
Kids who want to compete get real support. Kids who train for fitness, confidence or fun are never pushed onto a tournament floor.
Watch before you commit
Sit in on a full class during the free week. You will see how the coach runs the room, which tells you more than any tour.
